Activity Request

Protocol

Any official group on campus may request to host an activity on campus. All activities must be supervised by a Hawkins staff member for the entire duration of the event, including set up and clean up. 

 

Activity Request forms are must be submitted to the Activities Director at least three weeks before the date of the requested activity. This time frame is requested to ensure that all affected personnel can properly support the event. Please plan events accordingly. Events cannot be held without clear, written approval.
